At Westa.solar, we design, finance, install, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects for commercial and industrial clients across West Africa. We offer all-inclusive solar solutions, including energy audits, custom system design, Lease to Own (LTO), Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC), and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) financing to help companies reduce energy costs, improve reliability, and cut carbon emissions by replacing or supplementing grid and diesel power with renewable solar energy. Westa.solar has since become a subsidiary of the multinational Ignite Energy Access, whose goal is to connect 100 million users to clean energy by 2030.

Westa.Solar demonstrated its circular economy commitment through a Kano Solar installation Project, which deployed 148 kW solar PV system to power a drink manufacturing company previously reliant on diesel generators. The project delivered 136,181 kWh of clean energy annually, eliminating an estimated 41,267 liters of diesel use and reducing 110.6 tons of CO₂ emissions per year. The project reduced energy costs for beneficiaries by 15%, minimized material waste, and demonstrated how decentralized solar solutions can drive circular, low-carbon development in Nigeria.
