AZACH is a Lagos-based fashion brand built on the principles of upcycling, circularity, and responsible design. The brand was founded as a response to fashion’s waste problem, with a commitment to transforming post-consumer denim and discarded textiles into functional, expressive, and long-lasting garments.

At the heart of AZACH is the belief that clothing can be designed beyond trends and linear production cycles. By working with existing materials, AZACH extends the life of textiles that would otherwise be discarded, reducing waste while creating pieces that are rooted in craft, experimentation, and everyday wearability. Each product reflects a balance between creativity and practicality, ensuring that sustainability and commercial relevance coexist.

Beyond product creation, AZACH operates as a growing circular fashion system. The brand engages its community through rework and repair services, collaborative projects, pop-ups, and educational initiatives that encourage conscious consumption and participation in the lifecycle of clothing. These efforts position AZACH not just as a fashion label, but as a platform for rethinking how fashion is produced, worn, and valued.

As AZACH continues to grow, the brand remains focused on scaling its impact responsibly, strengthening systems, partnerships, and production processes while staying true to its ethos of reuse, community, and design-led sustainability.

One of AZACH’s key circular economy initiatives is its ongoing denim upcycling and rework practice, which transforms post-consumer jeans and discarded denim into new garments and accessories. Through this process, AZACH diverts usable textiles from landfill by extending their lifecycle through redesign, repair, and reconstruction.

In addition to creating new products, AZACH encourages customers to return previously purchased denim pieces for rework, resizing, or transformation, reducing the need for new raw materials and promoting long-term garment use. The brand has also introduced community-based upcycling workshops and pop-up activations, educating participants on reuse and circular fashion practices.

These initiatives demonstrate AZACH’s commitment to closing the loop within its production model, combining waste reduction, community engagement, and commercially viable design to create measurable environmental and social impact.

AZACH is looking for strategic partners that can support access to post-consumer textiles, ethical production and manufacturing capacity, retail and distribution opportunities, and infrastructure for circular fashion experiences such as pop-ups and upcycling stations. We are also open to financial, grant, and technical partnerships that help strengthen our systems, scale production, and expand the impact of our circular model.
