Energy
We convert biomass (agricultural residue, MSW, organic materials, etc.) into biofuel, such as briquettes, pellets (for both domestic and industrial applications), pyrolysis oil, syngas, hydrochar (which has many applications such as purification of wastewater, soil conditioning, organic fertilizer, fuel, etc.), etc. This helps to create jobs and, at the same time, to keep environment good and healthy, etc.

To convert waste into valuable energy products and systems through efficient bioenergy production, process plant design, and fabrication.
We are committed to delivering reliable, eco-friendly, and cost-effective solutions that support industries, communities, and institutions while reducing environmental pollution and dependence on non-renewable energy sources.
The design and fabrication of hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) reactor for the production of hydrochar at Nuhu Bamalli polytechnic, Zaria. The design parameters such as reactor volume, condenser, furnace, mode of operation and the material of construction were identified before employing the HTC technology. The project seeks to provide a sustainable way of utilizing biomass waste deposited in Nigerian farms and agri-food markets economically through production of valuable solid product (Hydrochar) with wide applications as direct energy source (briquettes), soil amendment, precursor for activated carbon, etc. In this project, we used agricultural wastes which is corncob and sugarcane bagasse and produced hydrochar, and with the product to produced qualitative solid fuel (briquette) for domestic application.
